The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, comfortable using basic hand tools, and committed to producing quality work in a fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Join our team and APPLY TODAY!</strong></p>\n<h3>What We Offer:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>$20 per hour</strong></li>\n <li>Must live within 45 miles of Osceola, IA </li>\n <li>Great team environment</li>\n <li>Ongoing project work – long-term opportunities</li>\n <li><strong>10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday</strong></li>\n <li>DailyPay – work today, get paid tomorrow (free enrollment required)</li>\n <li>Career advancement opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What You’ll Do:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Work overnight on retail, commercial, and facility improvement projects</li>\n <li>Assist with assembly, installation, setup, teardown, stocking, and material movement</li>\n <li>Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and equipment</li>\n <li>Use basic hand tools and equipment safely</li>\n <li>Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas</li>\n <li>Follow project instructions and work effectively with team members</li>\n <li>Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods</li>\n <li>Lift and carry up to 50 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Qualifications:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to stand for shifts of 8+ hours</li>\n <li>Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts</li>\n <li>Ability to follow directions and work efficiently</li>\n <li>Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, installation, or similar work preferred</li>\n <li>Basic tool knowledge preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a team environment</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required</li>\n <li>Personal cell phone and valid email address required</li>\n <li>Professional appearance and positive attitude</li>\n <li>Steel-toed footwear required on job sites</li>\n</ul>\n<p>SPAR Marketing Force works with national retail stores managing their new store set ups or full store remodels. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>SPAR provides Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
