      "value": "<br>- Cultivate relationships across the Software R&D organization and Product Management as well as with Solution/Industry, Procurement, and the Global Software Organization.<br>- Contribute to the thought leadership within the Solution and Product team.<br>- Establish continuous improvement process, that includes key metrics, for the products and services offered<br>- High level design, capacity & configuration requirements.<br>- Collaborate with and communicate to internal and cross-functional stakeholders.<br>- Own the software engineering-related content in response to RFP, RFI, and other customer tender documentation for assigned opportunities.<br>- Have a strong customer oriented approach, to provide a positive and lasting experience, supported by negotiation skills to define the solution with the highest value and benefits.<br>- Develop the Business Requirements Document (BRD) together with the customer and the stakeholders.<br>- Estimate technical requirements, time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement the projects.<br>- Develop effort and scope necessary to implement each assigned opportunity, including human-machine interface, software, business intelligent product and third party equipment.<br>- Be accountable for the Functional Design Specification (FDS) during the solution definition process.<br>- Utilise project management skills and process knowledge to deliver the final software solution, monitor development activities and ensure adequate solution quality.<br>- Determine methodology for collecting, analyzing and summarizing data critical to design."

      "value": "- A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Engineering or a related field.<br>- Between 2 - 3 years of experience as a Software Consultant, Software Engineer, Solution Consultant, Operations Research Engineer or a related occupation.<br>- Between 2 - 3 years of experience with enterprise software solutions; supply chain and logistics; integrated systems solutions; technical solution design life cycle; WMS, WCS companies and software development<br>- Excellent English communication, both verbal and written<br>- Proficiency in Chinese (verbal and written) is highly desirable<br>- Comfortable with up to 20% of travel to various unanticipated locations"
