    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\"><em>Blueprints is hiring :</em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\"><em>Community Based Caseworker in Parkersburg, WV</em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\"><em>Qualifications:</em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Related Field</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regular and reliable attendance is essential.</li>\n<li>Possess working knowledge of the agency’s organizational structure, goals, procedures, and contractual agreements.</li>\n<li>Maintain a caseload of 8-20 participants; establish positive relationships and ensure all program goals are being addressed and attained.</li>\n<li>Assessing client and/or family needs through conducting interviews and observations.</li>\n<li>Provide support, resources, and assistance to participants which may include providing parenting education, conducting<br>family visitations, providing family support intervention services, as well as referrals to community resources and programs.</li>\n<li>Provide case management for any participant accepted; complete, submit, and file any corresponding written documentation and billings by required deadlines.</li>\n<li>Attend court hearings and meetings scheduled by the referring agency pertaining to clients.</li>\n<li>Available 24/ hour on call rotation to handle emergency and crisis intervention.</li>\n<li>Develop a working knowledge of other community agencies, and their services, for the purpose of assessing a client's suitability for services through these agencies.</li>\n<li>Advocate for participants’ rights and access to services to support prevention or reunification efforts.</li>\n<li>Understand and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and maintain compliance with agency policies.</li>\n<li>Additionally, depending on the referring agency, current personnel, and other varying factors, caseworkers may be required to assist with additional assignments.</li>\n<li>Perform such other duties as assigned by manager or director.</li>\n<li>Some evening and weekend hours required.</li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Competitive wage, salary &amp; benefits </span></em></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Flexible work arrangements,<span> </span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">403B, Paid time off, Employee Assistance Program</span></em></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">IRS mileage reimbursement - .72.5 Cents/mile</span></em></li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>",
