Today, our class-leading portfolio is set to grow following acquisition by Iluma Alliance in 2024.   We’re focused on innovative chemical and biological solutions to improve livestock performance, control Salmonella, E.coli, Clostridia and a host of viruses which impact animal welfare, productivity and human food security, and drive milling efficiency.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>We are currently seeking a Financial Controller to overee </span><span>day-to-day accounting activities in all nine Anitox business entities (US (Holding and Corp), Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, UK, Netherlands) and the global consolidation entity Anitox Holding Company). </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>You will work collaboratively with the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Accounting Manager and the Global Credit &amp; Treasury Manager to ensure that all entities are properly accounted for including; consolidation, monthly financial reporting, auditing and tax work. This role will focus on further streamline financial operating processes and ensuring best-practice business and accounting practices are applied across all entites. You will also drive analytical focus across the organization and improve quantitative and analytical capabilities.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The ideal candidate will have an Accounting Degree, plus at least </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">10 years of finance experience in a manufacturing company (with a large, dispersed operating profile), combined with strong leadership, teamworking, </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">and excellent </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">quantitative and analytical skills.</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Job Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Entity Consolidation</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reconciliation of all entity trial balances to the consolidated entity.</li>\n<li>Work with Senior Accounting Manager and Regional Accounting Managers to ensure accounting at the entity level is being completed timely and accurately.</li>\n<li>Ensure all journal entries are posted promptly in accordance with the Anitox operating Calendar.</li>\n<li>Ensure all assigned entities complete balance sheet reconciliations for all major accounts on a period basis.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Intercompany Management</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all Anitox entity trial balances are reviewed and in compliance with Anitox accounting standards.</li>\n<li>Ensure that all intercompany activity between Anitox entities is identified and all intercompany profit and expenses are properly accounted for and reported.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Financial Reporting</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process and complete financial and operating reporting for Anitox Holding Company, internal reporting for Anitox and Illuma Alliance in a timely manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Manufacturing Accounting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with the Global Cash Manager and Chief Financial Officer to address Anitox cost accounting needs in the following areas within the ERP System:\n<ul>\n<li>Setting of standards</li>\n<li>Validation of Bills of Material for all products</li>\n<li>Recording labor and overhead rates</li>\n<li>Completion of profitability analysis for fully landed costs by entity for Anitox Products and Customers</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Inventory</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update entity-level inventory analysis and reporting.</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with the Global Operations team to ensure proper inventory counts are completed promptly. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fixed Assets</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schedule and Reconcile Fixed Assets</li>\n<li>Process monthly Depreciation.</li>\n<li>Set up and maintain CAPEX projects.</li>\n<li>Review and reconcile CIP Accounts</li>\n<li>Complete CapEx say-do analysis.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Capital Management </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate as part of the Weekly Global Cash Review</li>\n<li>Provide cover for Asia and EMEA bank account reconciliations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Planning &amp; Analysis  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the annual budgeting process.</li>\n<li>Support the monthly forecasting process.</li>\n<li>Work with the Finance team and Operations leadership to provide timely analysis into profitability across operating entities and gross margin by product, by region, and by customer.</li>\n<li>Provide action-oriented financial information to department heads to help manage their operating expense spend vs. budget and prior year.</li>\n<li>Improve and develop analytical skill sets across the finance team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Annual Audit</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and lead the annual fiancial audit for all Anitox entities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education, Skills and Experience</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Required</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accounting Degree plus at least 10 years of finance experience in a manufacturing company with a large, dispersed operating profile.</li>\n<li>Proven history of delivering accounting tasks in a timely and accurate manner.</li>\n<li>A responsive, flexible, adaptive personality with an ability to deal with ambiguity.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in influencing decision makers to adopt new ways of thinking and execution that helps propel the business.</li>\n<li>Extraordinarily strong quantitative and analytical skills and operationally focused.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in driving efficiencies and delivering results </li>\n<li>Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills. </li>\n<li>Ability to develop, train/coach team members to support long-term organizational needs. </li>\n<li>High energy level;
