The ADM is responsible for the Design Documents from project inception to project completion. Their involvement begins at project inception where the ADM serves as the primary contact between Morgan Development and the 3rd Party design professionals. The ADM orchestrates all the different internal and external partners to ensure that the project’s design meets Morgan Standards and Development’s Vision. During the construction phase, the ADM is responsible for aiding the communication between all involved parties and assisting with design solutions to onsite construction challenges",
