As this is for a new childcare facility, ECEs will play a key role in establishing the center’s culture and implementing Fueling Brains practices. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: italic\">Our classrooms are inspired by the Fueling Brains philosophy with a focus on development of executive functions. These innovative spaces are where creativity, imagination, social skills, and children’s interests determine the curriculum through our unique Left Brain, Right Brain and Movement approach. The ECE will create a learning environment that inspires children to think outside of the box and explore and engage with their senses. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-weight: bold\">Program Development &amp; Implementation</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Plan and carry out developmentally appropriate activities and programs tailored to the needs and interests of children, fostering growth in their executive functions through 3-in-1 (Left brain, Right brain and Movement) curriculum.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Optimize the classroom environment to support student growth, exploration, and engagement in daily learning experiences. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Act as an intentional designer and co-learner - setting up responsive, curiosity-driven spaces that evolve through observation, reflection, and the emerging interests of children. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor and document children’s progress through observations and assessments optimizing the data in the Fueling Brains application for appropriate lesson plans to enhance the teaching / learning process</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supervise children both indoors and outdoors, ensuring their well-being, safety, and proper supervision during all activities. </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34);
