Children and families receive a comprehensive assessment of treatment needs, including, a psychological and psychiatric evaluation. A treatment plan tailored to the child and family is developed and implemented by a two-person team of mental health professionals. &nbsp;Families can receive services for approximately 6 months.</span><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span><br>The In-home Clinician is responsible for direct services with early school-aged children and their families including but not limited to evaluation/assessment; home &amp; community-based services; outreach; case and care management; individual and family therapies; crisis intervention; behavioral analysis; collaboration with other professionals and team members and related community services (including consultation and/or community and/or school placements). A special clinical emphasis on child development and attachment is practiced.<br><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Requirements</strong></span><br><ins>Education:</ins> Master&rsquo;s Degree in Social Work, Psychology/Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage &amp; Family Therapy or related human services field.<br><ins>Experience:</ins> 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience working with early school-aged children or families is preferred. Experience in child development theory, family therapies, as well as family systems theory and practice, is preferred.<br><ins>Licenses &amp; Certifications:</ins> MSW candidates must possess an LMSW at a minimum.
