This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant, outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment. &nbsp;Applicants must be willing to work in refrigerated, freezer and non-climate-controlled environments while operating warehouse equipment (electric pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.).</p>\n<p><strong>Why is Penske Logistics for you?</strong><br>\n  &nbsp;We take pride in offering a competitive wage and benefits package.</p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-decoration-color:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-thickness:initial;\">\n <strong>Pay:</strong> &nbsp; &nbsp;\n</div>\n<ul>\n <li>$21.27 per hour + $1.00 per hour shift incentive</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong><br>\n  • 4pm start time until completion of work</p>\n<p><strong><u>Applicants must be flexible to work weekends and holidays. &nbsp;Schedules will be assigned on your first day of training.</u></strong></p>\n<p>Must be able to work overtime, which can include extended daily hours or additional work days.</p>\n<p><strong>Additional Benefits:</strong><br>\n  • Paid Time Off<br>\n  • Medical Insurance<br>\n  • Dental Insurance<br>\n  • Vision Insurance<br>\n  • Life Insurance<br>\n  • 401K<br>\n  • Associate Referral Program</p>\n<p>Our associates also enjoy numerous associate discounts and opportunities to grow with the organization!</p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong><br>\n  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable)<br>\n  • Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several<br>\n  &nbsp;locations for shipment (where applicable)</p>\n<p>• Accurately match numbers &amp; letters<br>\n  • Accurately stage and sort products for loading<br>\n  • Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets<br>\n  • Move materials within the warehouse<br>\n  • Complies with all safety requirements<br>\n  • Package or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)<br>\n  • Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system<br>\n  • Ensure damaged products are identified and removed when received<br>\n  • Complete daily logs<br>\n  • Communicate with associates from other shifts<br>\n  • Attach identifying tags to containers, or mark them with identifying information<br>\n  • Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs<br>\n  • Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets<br>\n  • Assemble product containers and crates, using hand tools and precut lumber<br>\n  • Pack containers and re-pack damaged containers<br>\n  • Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved,<br>\n  &nbsp;gathered, or distributed<br>\n  • Sorts and stores perishable goods in refrigerated rooms<br>\n  • Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production<br>\n  &nbsp;workers or assembly line<br>\n  • Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or<br>\n  &nbsp;shipping department<br>\n  • Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards<br>\n  • Uses computer to enter records<br><br>\n  • Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor</p>",
