This position is responsible for assisting with medications and monitoring the personal care services provided by the Resident Assistants; and reporting care and change in condition of residents to staff of next shift and the Resident Care Manager.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Resident Care Aide</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Resident Care Aide - Personal Care Aide (PCA) team members assist with ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing personal care support. This position is responsible for meeting the physical and emotional needs of residents under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse ensuring that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times.</strong></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Non Clinical Opportunities: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Activity Leader:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>As an Activity Leader, you will plan and lead a variety of fun and enriching recreational activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities. Your efforts will contribute directly to enhancing quality of life and building community within our facility.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Chef</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Meal times are highlights of daily life, and excellent nutrition and appetite appeal are central to the well-being of residents and patients. Our chefs, wait staff and kitchen staff prepare and serve delicious, wholesome menus. Cook for our residents with weekly rotating menus.  Work from our recipes. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Server</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>ervers provide restaurant quality service and assist with ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by being responsible for table service. This individual is a key member of our dining experience and contributes to various aspects of the dining room/kitchen functions.</p><p> </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>From</h2>\n<h2>Up to</h2>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Clinical Based Positions: Credentials verifying appropriate certificate and license in New York State- LPN, PCA, HHA,e.t.c.: current State license/Certificate required.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing required. </li>\n <li>Qualities of maturity, diplomacy, and ability to work well with others required. Caring, respectful attitude toward residents required. </li>\n <li>Physical stamina for constant activity required. </li>\n <li>Ability to perform tasks to established standards of excellence required. </li>\n <li>Demonstrated willingness to uphold the vision and mission of the company by following the core values of Integrity, Teamwork, and Passion for Excellence and Reverence for the Individual is required.</li>\n <li>These position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
