This includes working with end users to resolve issues, as well as developing and implementing new applications where applicable. Responsibilities also include monitoring 3rd party providers/vendors (i.e., SLA &amp; other monitoring tools). In conjunction with the rest of the Technology team, this position will contribute to the Company&rsquo;s bottom line by improving efficiencies through help desk tickets and supporting development as needed.</strong>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Install, maintain and support SAP implementations.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with end users to resolve issues related to Sales &amp; Production Orders, BOMs, Routings, MRP, STOs, Forecast, Demand, Capacity Planning, Subcontracting and Scheduling Agreements.&nbsp;</li><li>Troubleshoot complex issues regarding Raw Material and Finish Good Traceability Setup (Warehouse Serialization).&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of SAP ERP modules (i.e., MM, SD, PP).&nbsp;</li><li>Document application processes and procedures.
