The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family. &nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><p>CPN Health Services personnel may be assigned to provide services to patients of all ages including but not limited to Indian Children and will require a criminal history background screening.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong> Assists pharmacists in all functions of the pharmacy with the exception of counseling patients and receives daily supervision from pharmacists,</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><p>· Inputs prescriptions into computer.</p><p>· Maintains patient profiles in computer.</p><p>· Maintains list of drug orders and prices.</p><p>· Counts and labels prescriptions when needed.</p><p>· Communications with patients regarding their prescriptions.</p><p>· Answers phone for pharmacy.</p><p>· Stock drug orders.</p><p>· Retrieves refill requests from phone or fax service.</p><p>· Prepares drug returns when needed.</p><p>· Maintain and update suspended and discharged patients via Clinic Directors’ monthly list.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ADDITIONAL DUTIES:</strong></p><p>· Perform other duties and projects as required by management</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</strong></p><p>· Ability to communicate well with patients, medical providers and other staff.</p><p>· Ability to collect, organize, record and communicate in a meaningful way data relevant to pharmacy.</p><p>· Ability to use computer programs for recording pharmaceutical data.</p><p>· Ability to work independently.</p><p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:</p><p>· High School Diploma or GED.&nbsp;</p><p>· Prior experience in a pharmacy preferred.</p><p>· Current State of Oklahoma pharmacy technician permit.&nbsp;</p><p>· RPMS and Computer Rx experience preferred.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>· The ability to be seated or standing for prolonged periods of time&nbsp;</p><p>· The ability to perform repetitive work at the computer.</p><p>· The ability to work in a fast paced environment.</p><p>ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:&nbsp;</p><p>· General pharmacy environment</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Note:</strong> The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by an employee in this position.
