What You'll Do Convert and Close at Every Level Own the full sales cycle for groups of 13 and above - from standard social events to large-scale corporate buyouts and complex 100+ guest events Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making, longer timelines, and higher-complexity contracts with confidence Match every client to the right venue, package, and custom experience for their group size and goals Build and Grow Your Territory Own all local business outreach in your territory - building relationships with companies, organizations, and community groups Develop and expand a portfolio of high-value accounts through consistent prospecting and relationship management Hit Your Numbers Work toward a quarterly quota, paid monthly on a tiered basis - stronger performance means stronger earnings A Commission QRG will detail exactly how your pay is structured from day one Pass the Right Leads Lead under 12 guests? Pass to the Call Center and earn 15% quota credit. Top corporate account? Pass to Enterprise.
