          "text": "<p>The Senior Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for leading large, complex infrastructure initiatives from initiation through delivery. This role provides end-to-end project ownership, establishes strong governance, ensures predictable delivery, and maintains alignment across business and technology stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure projects and excels at communication, planning, and execution in a highly collaborative environment.</p><ul><li><p>Lead the delivery of large, complex infrastructure projects, ensuring predictable, consistent, and successful outcomes</p></li><li><p>Define and establish project governance, including roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and clearly defined escalation paths</p></li><li><p>Provide a holistic, enterprise-level view of project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Drive proactive project planning activities, including:</p><ul><li><p>Defining project scope and success criteria upfront</p></li><li><p>Developing and maintaining integrated project schedules with key milestones</p></li><li><p>Identifying, managing, and communicating dependencies, risks, and impacts</p></li><li><p>Implementing and maintaining project controls such as communication plans, risk and issue management, change control, and overall project management approach</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Ensure project success criteria are clearly defined, aligned with business objectives, and actively managed throughout the project lifecycle</p></li><li><p>Maintain strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, expectations, and outcomes</p></li><li><p>Communicate project progress transparently and consistently, enabling timely, informed decision-making by leadership</p></li><li><p>Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment across all related Client&#xa0;business areas to support Client objectives</p></li><li><p>Lead project kickoffs, status reviews, and executive updates, ensuring clarity, accountability, and momentum</p></li></ul>",
