Our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement makes Resonetics an exciting place for professionals passionate about shaping the future of micro-manufacturing and being part of something bigger.</p><p> </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Leadership & Strategy</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Define, communicate, and execute the manufacturing strategy in alignment with overall company objectives.</li>\n <li>Lead and develop a multi-level production organization through line supervisors and production leadership.</li>\n <li>Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, safety, and quality.</li>\n <li>Serve as a key operations leader, contributing to long-range planning, capacity planning, and capital investment decisions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Production Operations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Direct daily production activities through line supervisors to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.</li>\n <li>Translate customer demand and production plans into executable schedules, priorities, and resource plans.</li>\n <li>Partner with the Master Scheduler to proactively manage capacity, constraints, and schedule changes.</li>\n <li>Oversee workstation utilization, production flow, staffing models, overtime, and shift structures to maximize efficiency and throughput.</li>\n <li>Ensure effective coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, and lower cost.</li>\n <li>Establish and maintain standardized work, process documentation, and best practices consistent with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement; take corrective action as needed.</li>\n <li>Champion data-driven decision-making across the production organization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Quality, Compliance & Safety</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with FDA/GMP, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory and quality system requirements.</li>\n <li>Partner with Quality to design, implement, and sustain quality awareness and continuous improvement programs.</li>\n <li>Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety policies and drive proactive risk mitigation.</li>\n <li>Support audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive action initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Talent Management & Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assess and forecast staffing needs; engages in the hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning for production personnel.</li>\n <li>Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and address performance or conduct issues in accordance with company policies.</li>\n <li>Build leadership capability within the production team to support scalability and business growth.</li>\n <li>Ensure accurate timekeeping and labor reporting for production personnel.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Financial & Business Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, manage, and control departmental budgets, forecasts, and labor costs.</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement while maintaining quality and delivery performance.</li>\n <li>Support business cases for capital expenditures, equipment upgrades, and capacity expansion.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Minimum of <strong>7 years</strong> of progressive manufacturing experience.</li>\n     <li>At least <strong>5 years</strong> in a production or operations management role with direct leadership responsibility.</li>\n     <li>Proven experience leading teams through change, growth, or operational transformation.</li>\n     <li>Demonstrated experience working within <strong>FDA/GMP and/or ISO 13485</strong> regulated manufacturing environments.</li>\n    </ul><p><strong>Skills & Competencies</strong></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li>\n     <li>Proven ability to manage complex production environments and competing priorities.</li>\n     <li>Experience driving Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n     <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li>\n     <li>Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and levels of the organization.</li>\n    </ul>.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>laser workstation setup and operation</strong>.</li>\n <li>Lean Six Sigma <strong>Green Belt or Black Belt</strong> certification.</li>\n <li>Experience scaling operations in a high-mix, regulated manufacturing environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work extended hours and provide hands-on leadership support in a <strong>24/7 manufacturing environment</strong> when required.</li>\n <li>Ability to spend considerable time on the production floor.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation</h2>\n<p>The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications.
