This position focuses on creating and detailing precast shop tickets, hardware details, &amp; bills of material for production. You’ll collaborate closely with Project Coordinators and Engineering staff to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance across deliverables.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under the direction of the Project Coordinator, you will:\n<ul>\n<li>Generate and detail production drawings using Autodesk Revit.</li>\n<li>Create accurate hardware and connection details for precast components.</li>\n<li>Review and interpret master tickets for compliance and consistency.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Secondary Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review all pieces in the 3D model to assist engineering and coordination teams in identifying and eliminating potential errors.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate’s degree or higher in drafting, design technology, or a related field from an accredited two-year institution.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with drafting and/or modeling (0+ years experience acceptable).</li>\n<li>Proficiency in computer aided drafting/modeling and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience using Autodesk Revit and EDGE software for precast detailing.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and an ability to follow technical standards and procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits at PTAC Engineering</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salaries</li>\n<li>100% paid healthcare for the employee</li>\n<li>If family coverage is needed, PTAC pays 50% of the difference</li>\n<li>100% employee-paid Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, &amp; Long-Term Disability</li>\n<li>PTO:\n<ul>\n<li>0–5 years: 80 hours</li>\n<li>6–10 years: 120 hours</li>\n<li>10+ years: 160 hours</li>\n<li>40 hours of sick time per year</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Up to 4% 401(k) match</li>\n<li>Standard paid holidays</li>\n<li>Casual/relaxed work environment</li>\n<li>Option to work from home on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Monday and Friday</span></li>\n<li>Work hours:\n<ul>\n<li>Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.</li>\n<li>Friday: 7:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Eligibility</span></p>\n<p>Please note that PTAC Engineering is <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">unable to sponsor visas</span> at this time.
