A strategic ally to the business units, providing support and data-driven insights and financial modelling necessary to drive any necessary decision making, support or financial related matters and achieving long-term business objectives align with the APA Business vision and goal.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Job Duties and Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting\n<ul>\n<li>Support and lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with business units to set realistic financial targets.</li>\n<li>Develop rolling forecasts and update projections based on business performance and market conditions.</li>\n<li>Ensure alignment of budgets with strategic objectives and operational plans.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Performance Monitoring\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct monthly analysis of budget vs. actuals, highlighting variances and root causes.</li>\n<li>Provide clear, actionable insights to management to improve cost efficiency and revenue growth.</li>\n<li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards for ongoing monitoring.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Business Partnering\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with department heads to translate financial data into operational strategies.</li>\n<li>Support decision-making by modeling scenarios and assessing financial impacts of initiatives.</li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor, challenging assumptions and promoting financial discipline.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Reporting &amp; Compliance</li>\n<li>Prepare management reports with commentary on financial performance.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.</li>\n<li>Support audit and governance processes related to financial planning and reporting.</li>\n<li>Any other ad-hoc responsibilities that are required to support the company vision and goal.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Job Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) preferred, but not required</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in financial planning &amp; analysis (FP&amp;A), business partnering with management accounting</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with expertise in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li>\n<li>Proficiency in financial modelling and tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)</li>\n<li>Ability to influence and drive change in a cross-functional environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
