Cultivate relationships with influencers and partners in the Web3 space. Prepare monthly social media plans and growth reports.</p></li><li><p><strong>Community Growth:</strong> Build and nurture our Telegram and Discord communities, fostering engagement and participation in key industry conversations.</p></li><li><p><strong>Paid Ads & Growth Marketing:</strong> Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). Perform A/B testing on creative assets, monitor performance metrics, and refine strategies for better conversion rates. Handle lead generation campaigns for key Web3 initiatives, events, and reports.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 4+ years of digital marketing and social media management experience, ideally within the blockchain or Web3 industry.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and analytics tools.
