IST Management has also been included in the INC 5000 list!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You can check out istmanagement.com for more info on us!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>The PT On-call Shipping and Receiving Specialist will be responsible for receiving, processing and delivering mail and packages.</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Shipping and Receiving Services</strong> – Receive and send overnight packages</li>\n <li><strong>Customer Service</strong> - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment</li>\n <li><strong>Mail Operations</strong> - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures</li>\n <li><strong>Hospitality</strong> - Conference room setups and furniture configurations</li>\n <li><strong>Facilities</strong> - Respond to requests and reporting</li>\n <li>Adhere to all safety procedures</li>\n <li>Take direction from the site manager and the assistant site manager</li>\n <li>Participate in cross-training </li>\n <li>Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in shipping and receiving, mail operations and customer service.</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid Driver's License required</li>\n <li>Prior facilities, mail or shipping/receiving experience is a plus</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; ability to multi-task effectively</li>\n <li>Ability to meet employer's attendance policy</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 55lbs </li>\n</ul>\n<p>IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
