If you are a team player interested in learning and growing, El Tigre/ Tex Best is the place for you to begin your career journey.</p><p><br></p><p>The Maintenance Lead will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, carpentry, painting, and other building systems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:</p><p>• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the retail store.</p><p>• Identify and report the need for major repairs.</p><p>• Ensure all equipment and facilities are kept in clean and operational condition.</p><p>• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.</p><p>• Assist with store setup and takedown for special events.</p><p>• Collaborate with store staff to maintain a safe and pleasant shopping environment.</p><p>• Perform preventive maintenance tasks for equipment and facilities in accordance with manufacturer's and/or engineering guidelines.</p><p>• Provide equipment maintenance support and preventive maintenance and on-demand/emergency basis which may include power washing, change filters, painting, ceiling tiles replaced, lightbulb replacement and other similar duties.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Incentives/Benefits</strong></p><p>• Flexible Work Schedules</p><p>• Exceptional Training</p><p>• Competitive Pay</p><p>• 401K With a Competitive Company Match</p>",

Driving to district stores will be required.
