    "description": "<p>We are seeking a highly skilled <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Analyst</span> to design, build, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions for Finance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical acumen and hands-on expertise with the Microsoft BI stack to deliver actionable insights that drive data-informed decision-making across departments, including exposure to finance and financial planning and analysis (‘FP&amp;A’) concepts such as forecast, actuals, variance analysis, etc.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AOP</span> - Develop annual operating plans (AOP) &amp; forecasts for all businesses, by PGs as per Corporate/ business calendar.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Modelling &amp; Architecture:</span> Design robust semantic data models, define relationships, hierarchies, and KPIs that align with business rules and analytics goals.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Transformation:</span> Utilize Power Query (M) and SQL to cleanse, transform, and aggregate data from diverse sources including enterprise systems, data warehouses, and APIs.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Visualization &amp; Storytelling:</span> Build insightful and interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI that translate complex data into clear, business-relevant narratives.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Advanced Analytics:</span> Develop and optimize complex DAX measures and time-intelligent calculations to support trend analysis, forecasting, and comparative insights (e.g., YoY, MTD, YTD).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaboration:</span> Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (business, IT, operations, and management) to gather requirements, understand pain points, and deliver tailored BI solutions.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance Optimization:</span> Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance report performance and refresh schedules for high-volume datasets using Direct Query or Import modes.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Governance &amp; Documentation:</span> Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain thorough documentation for data lineage, metrics definitions, and BI processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills and Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's of Commerce/ MBA.</li>\n<li>3-5 years of FP&amp;A experience</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work independently, exercise appropriate discretion and apply sound judgment with minimal direct supervision.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Strong inter-personal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>3+ years of hands-on experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Power BI development</span>, including <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data modelling</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Power Query</span>, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">advanced DAX</span>.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data warehousing concepts</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ETL pipelines</span>, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">relational database management systems</span> (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).</li>\n<li>Proficiency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SQL</span> for querying and transforming data across large datasets.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts and business insights effectively.</li>\n<li>Experience working in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Agile</span> environments and with tools like <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Jira</span>, or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Confluence</span> is advantageous.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tools and Technologies:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Power BI Desktop</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Power BI Service</span> (publishing, scheduling, and workspace management)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Microsoft SQL Server</span> (SSMS, SSIS, T-SQL)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Power Query (M)</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DAX</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Excel (Power Pivot, Power Query)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Powerpoint</span></li>\n</ul>",
