Set against the serene backdrop of southern Utah, our campus offers a safe, home-like environment where <strong>girls and boys ages 12–17 </strong>can heal, grow, and thrive. We specialize in relational, experiential, and evidence-based care that addresses trauma, emotional regulation, and family systems.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Lead with Purpose:</strong> Lead and train life coaches by modeling interventions, answering questions, and managing escalated situations.</li>\n <li><strong>Strategic Delegation:</strong> Assign responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth, efficient shift operations.</li>\n <li><strong>Thorough Orientation:</strong> Guide new hires through a structured, checklist-based on-shift orientation.</li>\n <li><strong>Continuous Development:</strong> Facilitate weekly training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to elevate team performance.</li>\n <li><strong>Performance Oversight:</strong> Monitor and evaluate staff performance regularly, with formal quarterly reviews.</li>\n <li><strong>Accountability & Discipline:</strong> Address performance issues professionally using structured disciplinary protocols.</li>\n <li><strong>Clear Communication:</strong> Share key shift updates during handoffs to maintain continuity and transparency.</li>\n <li><strong>Team Representation:</strong> Advocate for your shift during interdisciplinary Treatment Team meetings.</li>\n <li><strong>Safety Leadership:</strong> Conduct quarterly safety drills and model best practices to maintain a secure environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Adolescent Behavioral Health experience:</strong> Minimum 2 years working in a behavioral health setting.
