          "text": "<p>Responsibilities<br>\n<br>\nClient Onboarding &amp; Integration<br>\n<br>\n* Lead technical onboarding activities for new clients.<br>\n* Analyze source systems and data architectures.<br>\n* Design and implement connectors to various data sources, including:<br>\n<br>\n&#xa0;* EHR systems<br>\n&#xa0;* FHIR servers<br>\n&#xa0;* HL7 interfaces<br>\n&#xa0;* Relational databases<br>\n&#xa0;* Data warehouses<br>\n&#xa0;* Cloud storage platforms (S3, Azure Blob, GCS)<br>\n&#xa0;* Flat-file and CSV-based exchanges<br>\n&#xa0;* APIs and custom integrations<br>\n* Collaborate with client IT and clinical informatics teams to understand source data structures and workflows.<br>\n* Define integration strategies and technical specifications.<br>\n<br>\nHealthcare Data Standardization<br>\n<br>\n* Map source data into healthcare interoperability standards and common data models.<br>\n* Support transformation of clinical data into OMOP CDM.<br>\n* Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings.<br>\n* Identify and resolve data quality, terminology, and interoperability issues.<br>\n* Participate in vocabulary mapping activities involving:<br>\n<br>\n&#xa0;* SNOMED CT<br>\n&#xa0;* ICD-10<br>\n&#xa0;* LOINC<br>\n&#xa0;* RxNorm<br>\n&#xa0;* CPT<br>\n&#xa0;* Other local and proprietary terminologies<br>\n<br>\nData Engineering<br>\n<br>\n* Build, test, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines.<br>\n* Develop reusable integration frameworks and connector libraries.<br>\n* Monitor integration processes and troubleshoot production issues.<br>\n* Improve automation of onboarding and data validation workflows.<br>\n* Document integration designs, mappings, and operational procedures.<br>\n<br>\nCollaboration<br>\n<br>\n* Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and machine learning engineers.<br>\n* Support data validation and quality assurance activities.<br>\n* Contribute to interoperability best practices and platform architecture.<br>\n* Serve as a technical point of contact during onboarding projects.<br>\n<br>\nRequired Qualifications<br>\n<br>\n* 2+ years of experience in healthcare data integration, interoperability, or clinical data engineering.<br>\n* Experience working with healthcare data standards, including:<br>\n<br>\n&#xa0;* FHIR<br>\n&#xa0;* HL7 v2<br>\n&#xa0;* Clinical terminology systems<br>\n* Experience with SQL and relational databases.<br>\n* Experience designing and implementing ETL pipelines.<br>\n* Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.<br>\n* Understanding of healthcare data domains such as:<br>\n<br>\n&#xa0;* Encounters<br>\n&#xa0;* Conditions<br>\n&#xa0;* Procedures<br>\n&#xa0;* Medications<br>\n&#xa0;* Measurements/Laboratory results<br>\n&#xa0;* Clinical observations<br>\n* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.<br>\n* Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with client technical teams.<br>\n<br>\nPreferred Qualifications<br>\n<br>\n* Experience with OMOP CDM.<br>\n* Experience with OHDSI tools and ecosystem.<br>\n* Experience mapping source systems to OMOP standard vocabularies.<br>\n* Experience with terminology services and vocabulary management.<br>\n* Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or other EHR platforms.<br>\n* Experience with healthcare cloud environments.<br>\n* Experience with Python and modern data engineering tools.<br>\n* Experience with healthcare analytics or research platforms.<br>\n<br>\nNice to Have<br>\n<br>\n* Experience implementing FHIR servers or FHIR APIs.<br>\n* Experience with healthcare NLP or unstructured clinical data.<br>\n* Experience with data quality frameworks.<br>\n* Experience supporting regulatory or research data initiatives.<br>\n* Familiarity with observational research and real-world evidence platforms.<br>\n<br>\nWhat Success Looks Like<br>\n<br>\nWithin your first year, you will:<br>\n<br>\n* Lead onboarding and integration projects for new clients.<br>\n* Build reusable connectors that reduce onboarding effort.<br>\n* Help standardize diverse healthcare data sources into OMOP CDM.<br>\n* Improve terminology mapping and data quality processes.<br>\n* Become a trusted technical partner for client integration efforts.<br>\n* Contribute to the evolution of a modern healthcare data and AI platform.</p>",
