Your work will be focused on sourcing data from national, international &amp; private data sources, as well as performing database administration. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collecting, processing &amp; entering macroeconomic data in the Macrobond database in an accurate and timely way.</li>\n<li>Use economic knowledge to identify trends and ensure quality of data.</li>\n<li>Communicating with sources to ensure that data is maintained at a high standard.</li>\n<li>Finding &amp; defining opportunities to improve work processes (data collection automation &amp; structuring).</li>\n<li>Cooperating with other team members &amp; your team leader.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Required Qualifications and experience:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree (Bachelor or above), preferably in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Economics</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Statistics</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Finance</span>, or related field.</li>\n<li>Experience in a role related to macroeconomic/financial data analysis will be an asset.</li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of English (other languages are a plus).</li>\n<li>Good practical knowledge of MS Excel.</li>\n<li>High attention to detail and an analytical mind.</li>\n<li>Good research &amp; web-browsing skills.</li>\n<li>Permit to live/work in Portugal (if foreigner).</li>\n<li>Availability to work in shifts 1 -2 weeks per month (14:00-23:00/15:00 - 00:00).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What do we offer:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunities for learning, career development and expanding your knowledge base.</li>\n<li>A chance to contribute to a growing business.</li>\n<li>Private health insurance, other benefits &amp; training possibilities.</li>\n<li>Hybrid work model (remote work up to 40%, and 50% for late shift).</li>\n<li>A modern office in the city center.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Our commitment to Diversity</span></span></p>\n<p>At Macrobond, diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental to our culture and success.
