May prepare food items while insuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Basic Job Functions:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Learns all procedures related to opening and closing of a retail store</li>\r\n\t<li>Provides great Clearly Superior Customer Service</li>\r\n\t<li>Dresses and restocks all shelves and refrigerators, coolers, etc.</li>\r\n\t<li>Completes cash register transactions according to procedures</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to become well versed in the products and services of the retail division</li>\r\n\t<li>Performs basic janitorial duties as necessary to maintain a clean and inviting store appearance to include sweeping, mopping, washing utensils, etc.</li>\r\n\t<li>Completes accurate bank deposits and deposits to bank while following established cash handling procedures</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Opens and closes the retail location according to procedures and policies</li>\r\n\t<li>Assists in training of new clerks</li>\r\n\t<li>Organizes and submits cigarette coupons for manufacturer rebate</li>\r\n\t<li>Prepares deli service according to health standards</li>\r\n\t<li>Prepares menu items ahead of time when feasible.
