TX, counsel, consult, manage, document and refer within the scope of practice of ACSW for clients age six and above. Provide resource and referral information as needed for comprehensive treatment.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assess, determine and provide a full spectrum of psychosocial support programs to children, adults and families.</li>\n <li>Primary duty requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance </li>\n <li>Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, documentation, progress notes, and case management according to established legal and ethical codes and in compliance with contracting agencies</li>\n <li>Provide resource and referral information to clients and link to outside agencies as necessary for comprehensive treatment and document accordingly</li>\n <li>Provide crisis intervention services to clients via phone or for walk-ins as needed</li>\n <li>Participate as a member of the Case Review Team in reviewing client cases</li>\n <li>Adhere to the established legal and ethical codes of the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and Policy and Procedure Guidelines of the department and agency as well as any contractual requirements</li>\n <li>Maintain regular contact with Clinical Supervisor per licensing requirements</li>\n <li>Participate in QA activities and audits</li>\n <li>Provide progress updates to outside authorities including but not limited to social services and probation as required</li>\n <li>Review protocols on schedule basis</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field</li>\n <li>License or certified LCSW or LMFT</li>\n <li>CPR Certification (BLS Child, Infant, Adult)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bilingual English/Spanish </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience/familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), business e-mail communication systems and internet search capabilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pay Range</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$37.00 - $41.00 ASW </li>\n <li>$45.00 - $50.00 LCSW </li>\n</ul>",
