This position is considered full-time for health benefits eligibility. The starting pay range for this position will be $24-$25 hourly depending on DriveSafe experience. This position has room for growth and advancement. Senior Instructors with good performance after 1-2 annual performance review cycles may be eligible for promotion to Lead Instructor, which is a salaried position eligible for additional pay, bonuses and other benefits.&nbsp;\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nResponsibilities\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tOngoing BTW, Drive Testing, DSD Field Management and/or Classroom Instruction, if qualified for Classroom (80% Direct Contact Time)\\n\\t\\n\\t\\n\\tCheck upcoming drive schedules one to two weeks out to identify potential car or instructor issues\\n\\t\\n\\t\\n\\tDevelop expertise in camera management and video downloading.
