      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Proven experience in e-learning design, instructional design, or digital learning development.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Synthesia, Camtasia, and experience with LMS platforms.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Knowledge of gamification, course structure, didactic design, and UX/UI principles and their application in digital learning environments.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience in designing interactive learning modules and multimedia elements, including video, graphics, and animations.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage feedback loops.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in developing course content and documentation.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, product managers, developers, and marketing.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Academic background, certifications, or professional experience in accounting, auditing, or finance (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent).</li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of English.</li>\n\n</div>"
