    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are looking for a skilled and motivated <strong>Terminal Operator</strong> to join our team in Castle Hayne, NC. This position will be responsible for successfully performing the day-to-day terminal operations and maintenance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a part time position targeting ~25 hours of work per work.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Loads tanker trucks according to job orders and in a manner to minimize spillage and dust</li>\n <li>Offload rail cars in a manner to minimize spillage, dust and contamination</li>\n <li>Operates small equipment such as bobcats, forklifts, loaders</li>\n <li>Diagnoses cause of equipment or plant malfunction to determine root cause of problem</li>\n <li>Repairs plant and equipment, including compressors, pumps, gearboxes, blowers, etc. with limited supervision</li>\n <li>Maintains grounds to include mowing, landscaping, snow and ice removal, etc</li>\n <li>May make minor electrical repairs</li>\n <li>Makes recommendations to appropriate plant personnel in a timely manner to prevent recurrence of problems</li>\n <li>Performs all work in a manner to maximize production amounts and quality</li>\n <li>Maintains safe and clean work area</li>\n <li>Operates hand-help radio according to company policy and FCC regulations</li>\n <li>Communicates verbally with all plant personnel</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>\n <li>Must possess excellent communication skills</li>\n <li>Must have knowledge of plant operating systems</li>\n <li>Must have knowledge of machines and tools including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance</li>\n <li>Must have good computer skills</li>\n <li>Physical job requirements include working outdoors with exposure to extreme heat and cold, constant standing and walking, climbing, working from heights and lifting to 50 lbs</li>\n <li>Must be able to work nights and weekends when needed</li>\n</ul>",
