Human Resources Exemption: No Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP) Other Education and Training Nursing diploma is acceptable Competencies Decision making skills Organizational skills Time management skills Knowledge and Abilities Working knowledge in health promotion "Ability to work independently to plan and prioritize workload demands.
