Description

Overview The Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) plays a vital role in providing highquality emergency medical care and advanced life support to patients. This position involves responding to medical emergencies, assessing patients' conditions, and administering appropriate medical treatments in collaboration with other emergency services personnel. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency calls within the service area. Assess patients' conditions and provide necessary medical treatment based on state protocols. Administer medications and advanced life support measures as needed. Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure safe transportation of patients to healthcare facilities. Maintain accurate patient care records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of equipment and emergency vehicles.
