          "text": "<p><strong>Salary Range: $38,000 - $42,000</strong></p><p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p><p>Assembles automotive quick connectors using manual, semi-automated and fully automated processes by performing the following duties:</p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions</u></strong><strong><u>&#xa0; </u></strong></p><ul><li>Assembles O-rings, clips, shipping plugs &amp; caps into parts according to part procedure</li><li>Understands the machine and its functions and operate according to the procedure, following all safety procedures</li><li>Reads and understands job procedure</li><li>Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental regulations, as well as company policies</li><li>Conducts leak testing as required by part procedure</li><li>Conducts in-process parts inspection to ensure product quality and completeness</li><li>As designated, trains manufacturing associates in procedures and processes</li><li>Ensures daily production schedule is attained</li><li>Knowledge of Leading2Lean</li><li>Knowledge of SAP</li><li>Maintains a clean and organized work area, in compliance with 5S requirements</li><li>Performs and understands importance of processes in place to ensure machine is running accurately (such as running duds and/or use of gauges)</li><li>Keeps machines running with minimal downtime</li><li>Performs basic repair and setup</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><ul></ul>",
