We invest in your growth, empower you with the latest technology, and provide clear pathways for advancement. </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong>  We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years of heavy civil construction management experience to oversee earthwork, mass excavation, and site utilities projects. This role will require a deep understanding of project cost control, scheduling, and field operations, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. You will manage all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while developing new business opportunities.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Project Oversight: Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in alignment with corporate policies.</li>\n <li>Construction Management: Direct the on-site Superintendent to monitor and control construction activities, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.</li>\n <li>Team Leadership: Plan, organize, and staff key field positions. Provide clear direction and mentorship to ensure project success.</li>\n <li>Cost & Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, manage financial aspects (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses), and implement corrective actions to protect company interests.</li>\n <li>Field Operations: Manage heavy civil work including mass excavation and site utilities, ensuring work is executed safely and in compliance with all project specifications.</li>\n <li>Problem Resolution: Investigate serious situations and implement corrective measures swiftly.</li>\n <li>Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company in project meetings, develop relationships with clients, architects, and engineers, and participate in labor strategy meetings.</li>\n <li>Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and environmental standards on site, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Additional Duties: Complete other tasks as assigned by your supervisor and maintain an insurable driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Experience: Minimum of 2 years of heavy civil project management experience. Experience with mass excavation, site utilities, and cost control is required. Solar farm experience is a plus.</li>\n <li>Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, design, finance, and project management principles.
