      "content": "<li>Bachelor’s degree, preferred in a technical field such as computer science, Human Resources, Business or related field</li><li>3+ years of HCM work experience implementing and supporting HR and Payroll processes; Dayforce HCM experience preferred.</li><li>Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on target audience.</li><li>Proven understanding of databases, advanced reporting, and Dashboards.</li><li>Ability to influence others with the story you are seeing in the data.</li><li>Self-directed, highly organized, and able to independently coordinate multiple projects.</li><li>Communicate across multiple stakeholders, team members while managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.</li><li>Strict adherence to data confidentiality requirements.</li><li>Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed on a limited basis.</li>"
