Key skills include project management, multidisciplinary coordination, site and grading design, stormwater systems, NPDES compliance, and utility/facility planning. Experience with municipal, public utility, or industrial projects—especially in the Spokane area—is highly valued.</p><p>In this role, you will support senior engineers and business development in preparing proposals and actively promote our services to a diverse client base. You will help build and mentor a collaborative team, market our capabilities, and deliver high-quality engineering and consulting solutions.</p>",
