You will consistently engage the guests to build rapport and enhance the guest experience while anticipating any additional needs to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit to our venues. You will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standard of service that defines our brand(s).</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop repeat clientele and establish relationships.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Book VIP reservations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Execute VIP presentations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide ongoing table maintenance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Deliver an outstanding hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests&rsquo; needs and exceeding guests&rsquo; expectations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Use suggestive selling techniques; make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests&rsquo; orders, and up-sell when applicable.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
