Description

The Senior Manager, Clinical Supply, supports the planning and execution of clinical supply chain activities across one or more studies.  Working under the guidance of the Director, Clinical Supply, this role is responsible for translating clinical supply plans into packaging and labeling execution, managing the day-to-day supply operations, and coordinating with external vendors to ensure investigational products are delivered to clinical sites accurately and timely. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable-owning day-to-day execution while proactively communicating status and surfacing issues to leadership, Hands-on experience in clinical supply chain operations and a solid understanding of GxP requirements are essential. Responsibilities: Support study set-up activities including protocol review, supply assumption development, and vendor kick-off coordination. Translate clinical supply plans into packaging and labeling specifications for execution with external CMOs and vendors. Assist with development and maintenance of study-level drug supply forecasts. Manage day-to-day supply operations including inventory monitoring, shipment coordination, and depot management. Monitor retest and expiry dates; coordinate resupply, relabeling, or destruction as needed. Coordinate with external packaging, labeling, and distribution vendors on deliverables and timelines. Support IRT/RTSM build, UAT, and ongoing configuration management. Provide clinical supply input to pharmacy manuals and investigational product reference materials. Represent clinical supply in cross-functional study team meetings. Ensure all activities comply with GCP, GMP, and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation across supply systems, trackers, and SOPs. Education/Experience/Knowledge & Skills : Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, pharmacy, or related fields. At least 7+ years of clinical supply chain jobs or a similar pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry role. Proficiency with supply chain and inventory management software (e.g., IRT/RTSM, ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of GxP, GCP, and pharmaceutical supply chain operations. Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Key competencies: Attention to detail Strategic forecasting Vendor relationship management Risk mitigation Strong interpersonal skills and work effectively as part of a team. 10% travel may be required. The base salary range ($150,000 - $170,000) provided reflects our current estimate of what we anticipate paying for this position. Your actual base salary will be based on several factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, relevant education or training, location, and market dynamics. In addition, you will be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and a competitive benefits package.
