Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships with both internal and external partners.<br>11. Serves as a change agent, championing agile ways of thinking and working to enable teams and individuals for success.<br>12. Ability to engage staff at all levels of the work force and professional disciplines.<br>13. Promotes conceptual thinking and execution.<br>14.
