Acts as a resource and liaison between the Chief Nursing Officer and others to assess and facilitate organizational readiness.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING</p>\n<p>1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.</p>\n<p>2. Masters Degree in Nursing preferred.</p>\n<p>3. Maintains current expert knowledge of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® requirements.</p>\n<p>4. Excellent computer skills are required including proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access).</p>\n<p>5. Demonstrates experience in managing complex projects. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $35.35 to $53.58.
