The only way for a company to meet such a goal is to consistently meet production deadlines and expectations.</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Description:</strong> Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for determining the methodology and designs used to produce parts, as well as creating drawings and setup sheets for shop use.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyzes processes to determine process improvement activities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Determines methodology in which the part will be produced.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyzes defects in / from the manufacturing process and determines next steps.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Creates and maintains part routings, setup sheets, and operator work instructions (OWIs) to support a wide variety of manufacturing processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyzes suspect material and parts and dispositions accordingly.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides hands-on support of manufacturing processes throughout the shop.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, experience is a plus but not required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must possess a bias for action.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of cutting tools and techniques (milling, turning, laser cutting).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques is a plus.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of various process types: multi-axis milling, turning, stamping, welding, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of different aerospace material types &ndash; Aluminum, Stainless, Titanium, High Nickel Alloys, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience working with 3D models.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read and interpret customer supplied drawings, models, and prints.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of the organization.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to collaborate fluently in a team environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Sit - Occasionally</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Stand - Frequently</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lift/Carry &ndash; Occasionally up to 50 pounds</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Walk &ndash; Frequently</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reach Above, Bend/Stoop, Push/Pull, Fine Manipulation &ndash; Occasionally</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to wear PPE &ndash; safety glasses and safety shoes</li></ul><p>This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship</p></div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Benefits:</strong> <em>Enjet offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees including paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid holidays, a 401K retirement plan, disability insurance, and more.</em></p><p><em>As an EOE/AA employer, Enjet Aero will not discriminate in its employment practices due to an applicant&#39;s race, color, religious creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, veteran status, marital status or physical challenges.</em></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
