We have expanded into over 50 countries worldwide and continue to keep infrastructure safe and secure every single day.</p>\n<p><br>The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Construction Project Manager</span> is responsible for estimating (as needed), managing, and delivering DYWIDAG’s repair and strengthening projects in a safe, efficient, compliant, and high-quality manner. The PM assumes full ownership of projects once awarded and ensures successful execution from handoff through closeout.</p>\n<p><br>Using strong technical competence, construction acumen, and communication skills, the PM delivers projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with all contractual, regulatory, safety, union, and Davis-Bacon requirements. Work primarily includes structural repair and strengthening projects such as post-tensioning, CFRP, concrete repair, and specialty strengthening, within heavy civil and commercial infrastructure markets.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</span><br>Safety Leadership</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain an unwavering commitment to safety in all aspects of the role.</li>\n<li>Develop and implement site-specific safety execution plans for each project.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements while promoting a safety-first culture in the field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Project Handoff &amp; Setup<br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in detailed estimate-to-operations handoff meetings.<br></li>\n<li>Review awarded scope, bid assumptions, labor classifications, production rates, constraints, and budget.<br></li>\n<li>Confirm Davis-Bacon wage determinations, collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and compliance deliverables.<br></li>\n<li>Establish project setup including cost codes, schedules, safety plans, quality plans, and reporting structure.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Contract Review &amp; Compliance<br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and manage projects in accordance with contractual requirements, including:<br>o    Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage requirements<br>o    Certified payroll formats (WH-347, LCPtracker, eMars, etc.)<br>o    Reporting obligations, audits, and union requirements<br>o    Liquidated damages tied to payroll accuracy or schedule</li>\n<li>Ensure all internal and field team members understand compliance and contract requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Labor, Union &amp; Certified Payroll Compliance<br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure correct labor classifications align with work performed.<br></li>\n<li>Coordinate union labor dispatch in accordance with CBAs.<br></li>\n<li>Verify accurate timekeeping and labor coding (CrewTracks or equivalent).<br></li>\n<li>Work closely with Payroll and Certified Payroll teams to ensure:<br>o    Accurate wage determinations and fringe rates<br>o    Timely and accurate weekly CPR submissions<br>o    Immediate correction of discrepancies or audit findings</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Project Execution &amp; Field Operations<br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage day-to-day field operations for assigned projects.<br></li>\n<li>Manage schedules, manpower, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and sequencing.<br></li>\n<li>Conduct site visits, coordination meetings, and progress reviews.<br></li>\n<li>Resolve field issues, constructability challenges, and conflicts efficiently.<br></li>\n<li>Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Technical Oversight — Repair &amp; Strengthening<br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical direction for:<br>o    CFRP installation<br>o    Post-tensioning systems<br>o    Concrete repair, patching, demolition, and spall repair<br>o    Epoxy injection and crack repair<br>o    Steel plate bonding, section enlargement, and corrosion mitigation<br>o    Grouting and specialty strengthening methods<br></li>\n<li>Ensure work complies with approved submittals, QA/QC plans, ITPs, and applicable ACI/ICRI standards.<br></li>\n<li>Coordinate inspections, testing, and third-party or engineering reviews.<br></li>\n<li>Manage preparation and submittal of shop drawings, work plans, and technical documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Cost Control, Forecasting &amp; Change Management<br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial performance.<br></li>\n<li>Monitor labor productivity and implement corrective actions as needed.<br></li>\n<li>Identify out-of-scope work and initiate RFIs and change orders.<br></li>\n<li>Support billing, pay applications, T&amp;M tracking, lien waivers, and collections.<br></li>\n<li>Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.<br></li>\n<li>Use Navision (or equivalent) to manage job progress reporting and monthly financials.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Communication &amp; Stakeholder Management<br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, GCs, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams.<br></li>\n<li>Provide routine updates on progress, risks, schedule, costs, and compliance status.<br></li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with clients, engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support repeat work and future opportunities.<br></li>\n<li>Assist in resolving customer satisfaction, field performance, and collection issues as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Project Closeout &amp;
