    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Tool and Die Repair Technician- 1st Shift&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Objectives&nbsp;</p><p>The Tool and Die Repair Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding tools, dies, molds, fixtures, and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Principal duties</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform repairs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance on tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to support production requirements.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Diagnose root causes of tooling failures or quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Disassemble, clean, rework, and reassemble dies and tooling components using precision manual machining tools.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Set up dies in presses and adjust dies during production to ensure parts meet dimensional and quality specifications.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ensure all tool and die components meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintain documentation of repairs, modifications, and tooling changes.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to support tooling improvement initiatives.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Monitor tooling wear and recommend design or material changes to improve performance and longevity.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Follow safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies at all times.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting actions, communicating irregularities, and scheduling correction of abnormalities.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; Other Duties as assigned</p><p><br></p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>2-5 years&#39; previous experience in a tool and die repair environment highly desired</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and measuring equipment</li><li>Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to diagnose complex issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li><li>Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
