      "content": "<li>Program from drawings and 3D models (STEP/IGES/SolidWorks), generate toolpaths, and run parts end-to-end</li><li>Set up and operate the 5-axis Haas and lathe for prototypes and low-rate production (one-offs to small batches)</li><li>Perform first-article and in-process inspection; produce inspection documentation to customer/government requirements</li><li>Partner with mechanical/electrical engineers to translate designs into manufacturable, repeatable processes</li><li>Triage new work: define approach, tooling, fixturing, timeline, and risk—then execute</li><li>When outside processing is required, identify the operation, recommend vendors, and help manage the flow</li><li>Own machine health: offsets, tooling, coolant, PM, and shop readiness</li>"
