Nutri-Turf Groundskeeper roles help maintain the brewery grounds working with standard landscaping equipment alongside our full-time operators. Safety first, quality always.  Seasonal employees are a critical part of our workforce: owning safety, supervising quality, and improving processes to ensure we’re operating at our best over the peak season!  </p><p></p><p><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></p><ul><li><p>Mow and trim facility grounds using appropriate equipment.</p></li><li><p>Clean and maintain equipment, buildings, and surrounding grounds.</p></li><li><p>Safely and efficiently operate various types of landscape equipment (string trimmers, mowers, leaf blowers, UTV’s etc.)  </p></li><li><p>Perform irrigation operations which by starting, stopping, and monitoring pumps and control systems.</p></li><li><p>Apply weed control treatments to landscaped areas.</p></li><li><p>Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all equipment.</p></li><li><p>Clean equipment, buildings and grounds.</p></li><li><p>Effectively and thoroughly communicate with all team members.</p></li><li><p>Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures, safety, and sanitation practices are followed. </p></li><li><p>Conduct monthly inspections and control checks. </p></li><li><p>Champion safety and the use of technology to execute daily operations more efficiently.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or GED required. </p></li><li><p>Must be at least 18 years of age. </p></li><li><p>Able to work in varying temperatures and climates. </p></li><li><p>Able to continuously stand, bend, and twist.</p></li><li><p>Able to lift, pull, push and turn items up to 50 pounds required. </p></li><li><p>Able to work overtime and weekends when necessary.</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </p></li><li><p>Experience with computer and mobile applications preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience preferred but not required. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:</b></p><p>At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
