social development and functioning; activities of daily living and family structure and relationships.</li>\r\n\t<li>Providing direct clinical services including individual supportive therapy and psychotherapy to Participants on an individual, group, and family.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assisting individuals in accessing resources and education related to basic needs such as benefits, food/nutritional support, financial support/education, transportation, and stable housing.</li>\r\n\t<li>Demonstrating the ability to recognize and assess suicide potential and risk and provide appropriate responses to the situation.</li>\r\n\t<li>Supporting individuals served and their families in crisis situations.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Provides on-call crisis intervention as scheduled.</li>\r\n\t<li>Plans, structures, and prompts social and leisure-time activities on evenings, weekends, and holidays as assigned.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><em>Service Team Approach: Participates as an active treatment team member serving individuals in the ACT program as evidenced by:&nbsp;
