The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare and insurance industries, excellent business analysis skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment.\n\nThis role will involve configuring systems, translating business requirements into actionable data, and supporting both the product and project implementations. You'll work with a cross functional team of developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure the success of each project.\n\n Requirements\n\n Required Skills and Qualifications :\n\n 2 \\+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with a strong background in insurance , medical , or insuretech industries.\n Ability to commute to Harrisburg, PA once a month for in person \n PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification.\n Agile Experience : Proven experience with agile project management and delivery.\n Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable system configurations and data.\n Excellent client facing skills with a strong ability to manage client relationships.\n Ability to manage project scope , requirements gathering, and system configurations in a fast paced, dynamic environment.\n Technical proficiency : Familiarity with cloud based insurance software solutions and data management systems.\n Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.\n Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage tasks efficiently.\n\n Preferred Skills :\n\n Experience working with modern insurance cloud solutions and insuretech platforms.\n Knowledge of the medical industry and healthcare regulations.\n\n Benefits\n\n 401(k)\n Dental insurance\n Health insurance\n Paid time off\n Retirement plan\n Vision insurance\n STD/LTD\n Accidental Dismemberment"
