This role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance within regulated environments.</p>\n<p>This hybrid role requires in-office presence two days per week in Fairfax, VA. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs within federal or regulated environments</li>\n <li>Manage cross-functional teams (10+ members) across engineering, data, product, and business stakeholders</li>\n <li>Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmaps</li>\n <li>Ensure alignment between technical execution and federal/business objectives</li>\n <li>Drive Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies across teams</li>\n <li>Identify, manage, and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues</li>\n <li>Provide regular program updates to executive leadership and federal stakeholders</li>\n <li>Partner with executives to deliver clear, concise status reporting and strategic insights</li>\n <li>Ensure adherence to security, governance, and regulatory compliance standards</li>\n <li>Oversee program budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking</li>\n <li>Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams, departments, and vendors</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification – active and in good standing (not expired)</li>\n <li>Proven experience managing programs within federal or government environments</li>\n <li>Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)</li>\n <li>Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models</li>\n <li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, mission-critical environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)</li>\n <li>Experience managing and delivering AI/ML or data-driven programs</li>\n <li>Experience working in cybersecurity or other highly regulated environments</li>\n <li>Familiarity with enterprise architecture and large-scale system integration</li>\n <li>Experience with DevSecOps practices and modern delivery frameworks</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certifications (Required/Preferred)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>PMP (Project Management Professional) – Required</li>\n <li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Certification – Preferred</li>\n <li>AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Certifications – Preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strategic program leadership and execution</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement</li>\n <li>Risk management and decision-making</li>\n <li>Ability to lead in complex, regulated environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
