The data function is at an inflection point: the architecture is in </span><span>production, but</span><span> needs someone to raise the standards and scale the team.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll be doing: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Design and build customer-facing and internal data platforms — data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, AI stack, and BI/reporting solutions.</span></span><br></li>\n<li>Define and enforce data architecture standards across Ridango — modelling, pipeline design, governance and tooling.</li>\n<li>Own data governance across the organisation — data quality, access policies and documentation standards.</li>\n<li>Build AI-based analytics and KPI dashboards for internal stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance) on top of project tracking, ERP, HR and other internal systems.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Product and customer-facing teams to ensure data exports are structured for reporting and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.</li>\n<li>Occasional direct exposure to end-customers — supporting reporting discussions and translating customer needs into technical solutions.</li>\n<li>Lead, mentor and grow the Data &amp; Reporting team through 1:1s, development plans and workload management. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we're looking for: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Hands-on data engineering background — data warehouse design, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modelling, </span><span>SQL</span><span> and BI/reporting platforms. </span><span>You've</span><span> built this, not just supervised it.</span></span><br></li>\n<li>Proven track record delivering reporting solutions for external customers in a B2B technology environment.<br></li>\n<li>Fluent with AI-assisted development, or strong interest in getting there — AI tools are a core part of how we work.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with AI/ML-based analytics and strong data governance discipline.<br></li>\n<li>Team leadership skills — comfortable developing a small technical team and engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Experience with AI tooling for semantic data modelling is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We offer:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>The opportunity to build Ridango's reporting and analytics into a next-generation platform — combining modern data engineering with AI to deliver completely new value to public transport authorities and operators worldwide.</span></li>\n<li><span>Grow with a company that is expanding internationally and investing in the technologies to match.</span></li>\n<li><span>Competitive compensation package.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Interested?</span> Apply now or reach out directly to learn more.</span></p>",
