          "text": "<p><strong>What&#xa0;You’ll&#xa0;Do:&#xa0;</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced&#xa0;<strong>Mental Health Coordinator II (MHC II)&#xa0;</strong>to provide leadership, coordination, and direct support within a residential setting. This role supports individuals with significant behavioral and mental health needs while partnering with supervisors, staff, and support teams to ensure consistent, person-centered services.&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Coordinate services including finances, activities, program services, behavioral supports, family involvement, education/vocational services, healthcare, nutrition, and household management&#xa0;</li><li>Assist&#xa0;the supervisor in&#xa0;maintaining&#xa0;consistency in programming, individual care, and communication with staff and support team members&#xa0;</li><li>Create and manage staff schedules&#xa0;</li><li>Implement and support behavior support plans, treatment plans, functional assessments, individualized support plans, and person-centered plans&#xa0;</li><li>Provide direct care and fulfill Behavioral Support Staff responsibilities during all direct care shifts&#xa0;</li><li>Use de-escalation, crisis intervention, and positive support techniques when working with individuals who have complex needs&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain professional and therapeutic relationships with individuals served and support teams&#xa0;</li><li>Travel and provide support to programs within a designated region, as assigned by the Director&#xa0;</li></ul><p>If&#xa0;you’re&#xa0;passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you!
