You will join the Social Enterprise team in building relationships with customers, donors and the community to ensure the continued forward movement of our mission.</p><p><br></p><p>Must haves:</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Basic computer skills including use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook</li><li>Basic math, reading and writing skills</li><li>Able to work with little supervision</li><li>Must have a valid, state-issued driver’s license<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Our Queue Merchandise Coordinator will:</p><ul><li>Establish transparency and accuracy in ordering merchandise and filling orders to retail stores.</li><li>Collaborate with store teams and leadership for in-store merchandising and signage.&nbsp;</li><li>Effectively train team members, and store teams on purchased product processes and merchandising through email correspondence and store visits.&nbsp;</li><li>Take inventory cycles and prepare and distribute sales and unit movement reports.</li><li>Build relationships with store team members to accurately communicate inventory needs.</li></ul><p>This position will work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions.
