You’ll be stepping into  an energetic, motivated, and friendly team that you’ll love being part of!</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The role involves:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading, training and accountability for a local team of Account Managers</li>\n<li>Achieving own sponsorship sales portfolio and growing team sales results</li>\n<li>Overseeing sponsor agreements and promotional campaign material</li>\n<li>Managing sponsor lists and ensuring excellent sponsor relationships</li>\n<li>Planning and attending events both during and outside normal business hours</li>\n<li>Participation in the station management team and working cooperatively with other departments to achieve mission outcomes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Organisation:</span></p>\n<p>Rise 96.5 is a creative, energetic Christian media organisation with a great culture and a fun, passionate team.
